With over 15 years of experience in women’s health and wellness, I bring a unique blend of science and intuition to everything I do. My approach is deeply holistic, drawing on ancient wisdom and modern practices to help you create the optimal foundation for fertility, wellness, and motherhood.
But more than my credentials, I bring my own story. For years, I battled autoimmune challenges, hormone imbalances, and the quiet fear that I might face fertility issues. By the age of 32, I had never even had a pregnancy scare, and I often wondered if I would ever be able to conceive. Through meeting my unique nutritional needs, healing my body, and awakening my feminine power, I transformed my health, mindset, and relationship with myself. That journey taught me the importance of honoring the whole woman—body, mind, and soul—and it continues to inspire the work I do every day.
I also know the beauty and complexity of motherhood firsthand. My body has carried me through the most profound experiences of my life, from the joy of bringing my child into the world to the challenges of navigating postpartum.
